Silber, the director of the Infertility Center of St. Louis, is one of the most well-known infertility doctors in the world, author of nine books and more than 250 scientific papers, and is the longest practicing infertility specialist in St. Louis. Dr. Michael DeRosa and Dr. Jorge Pineda have been his partners for more than 15 years and are also highly respected infertility physicians in the community.
