Infertility Treatments

IVF and ICSI are examples of infertility treatments in which Dr. Silber specializes. These procedures may differ on a technical level, but they share the same result of creating and growing families. Learn how you can grow your family today with Dr. Silber and The Infertility Center of St. Louis.

IVF (In Vitro Fertilization)

The husband’s sperm fertilize the wife’s eggs outside the body in a test tube or culture dish, and the resulting embryos are then returned to her.

ICSI (Intra Cytoplasmic Sperm Injection)

A single sperm is injected directly into the egg. The development of ICSi has solve most, if not all, cases of male infertility.

A very unique approach to simplify IVF for patients by reducing the cost associated with more conventional IVF protocols while maintaining comparable success rates.

Egg Freezing & Microsurgery

Some patients believe they are either too old or it is too late to become pregnant, but with our procedures, we gladly tell them this is no longer true. With egg freezing, we are able to save the eggs before it is too late, and our microsurgery techniques allows us to reverse vasectomies and tubal ligation.

Women over 40

Women over 42 can still have children using their own eggs. Learn more!
