We specialize in treating very difficult cases of infertility, e.g. where there has been previous failure to fertilize, failure to achieve pregnancy in previous efforts, or failed attempts at vasectomy reversal, etc. We are also happy to treat simpler infertility cases if so requested. Patients fly to our center in St. Louis daily from all over the world and we are quite accustomed to making them feel comfortable here.

Our approach is to avoid needless and often expensive conventional testing, as well as outmoded treatments that unfortunately are often used for years until the couple is finally emotionally and financially drained. On the contrary our policy is to recommend the most effective technology that is most likely to get the patient pregnant the soonest.

Many couples waste years going through many thousands of dollars worth of unnecessary tests that have little scientific validity and do not add any benefit to their treatment plan. They may undergo useless surgery (such as varicocelectomy on the man, or laser vaporization of endometriosis in the woman) that costs time and money, yet has no scientifically validated benefit. This plethora of inappropriate care, and often frank incompetence, is fostered by a commercialism that has unfortunately aggravated the modern infertility epidemic. You therefore must be a fully informed and questioning consumer to benefit from the truly exciting modern technology that now allows most infertile couples to fulfill their dreams and have a baby.
